Information we use

JET-Concepts Inc. uses the contact details, order information and project files you provide to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, complete work and support your order. Please send only information needed for your request and do not include payment-card details in messages or uploaded files.
Our website, forms and store run on Wix. Online payments are processed through Wix Payments using the payment options shown at checkout. Wix uses cookies and related technologies for site functions, security and website usage reporting. You can manage cookies through your browser; disabling them may affect site features.
Customer files and retention
We use customer files only to complete the requested work and keep a copy in the customer’s folder for later project reference. We will ask your permission before using your files or project in a portfolio, promotion or unrelated work.
We review inactive customer folders after 24 months and delete files no longer needed, unless you request continued storage or a legitimate legal or business requirement calls for retention. This is a review schedule, not an automatic deletion date. Order and transaction records may need to be kept separately for legal and accounting purposes.
Sharing, choices and contact
We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the website, process payments and fulfil your request or order, or where disclosure is required by law. Wix describes its handling of information at wix.com/about/privacy.
If you subscribe to JET-Concepts updates, we use your email for those updates. You can unsubscribe from a marketing email or contact us to stop them.
To ask about your information, request access or correction, or ask us to delete stored project files, email info@jet-concepts.ca. We may need to confirm your identity. If information must be retained for a legal obligation or an unresolved order, we will explain the limitation. Contact the same address with privacy questions or concerns.
