Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products and services, all sales are considered final once an order has been confirmed. Refunds are only issued in cases where a defect in manufacturing or fulfillment has occurred due to our error.

 

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos where applicable.

 

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

If a project is canceled before production begins, a refund minus any incurred design or consultation fees may be issued at our discretion.
