Refund Policy

Standard products
For standard products, including regular PLANTMATE and shopping-cart key options, request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and complete. Email info@jet-concepts.ca with your order number before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions. You pay return shipping for a change of mind. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Incorrect or defective items
If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect or has a defect, contact us with your order number, a description and photos where helpful. We will work with you on an appropriate repair, replacement or refund and cover return shipping when the issue is our responsibility. Please report problems promptly; this does not limit your legal rights.

Custom printing and design
Cancel before work starts for a full refund. If work has started, we deduct completed work and materials specifically committed to your project, explain the calculation and refund the unused balance. Correctly completed custom or personalized work cannot be returned for a change of mind. Problems with the agreed work will still be addressed.

Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. For returned goods, we confirm the refund after receiving and checking the return. We process approved refunds within 7–10 business days; your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. Any refund or remedy required by law remains available.
