Products, prices and orders

JET-Concepts Inc. sells products and provides custom 3D printing and design services from Winnipeg, Manitoba. Read the selected product’s description, options, dimensions and package contents before ordering. Printed surfaces and colours can vary; contact us before ordering if fit, colour or a particular use is critical.
Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout or in your quote before payment. Available payment methods appear at checkout. If checkout does not offer delivery to your address, contact info@jet-concepts.ca for a shipping quote before paying.
Custom printing, design and your files
A request form starts an enquiry. Before custom work begins, we agree on a quote covering scope, quantity, material, deliverables, file formats, included revisions, payment terms and estimated timing. Changes to the agreed scope may change the price and schedule; we confirm those changes before proceeding. Production time and shipping time are separate.
Provide accurate dimensions, intended use and requirements, and submit only files you own or have permission to use. You retain your rights in submitted files. Ownership or licensing of newly created design work, and whether editable source files are included, will be specified in your quote. File use and storage are explained in our Privacy Policy.
We agree on any testing or validation as part of the project scope. A printed prototype or design file should not be treated as certified for a particular application unless that requirement has been expressly agreed and verified.
Returns, cancellations and help
Our Refund Policy explains the 30-day return-request window for unused, complete standard products and how custom-work cancellations are calculated. Before custom work starts, cancellation receives a full refund. After work starts, completed work and materials specifically committed to the project are deducted and the unused balance is refunded. Correctly completed custom work is not eligible for a change-of-mind return.
Our Shipping Policy explains delivery arrangements. Contact us before arranging pickup. These policies and your agreed order or quote should be read together. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that apply under consumer law.
