Shipping Policy

Delivery within Canada
PLANTMATE shipping is CA$39.99 per planter, using Canada Post large flat-rate boxes with tracking. The charge applies to each planter in your order.

Shopping-cart key shipping is CA$3.99 for one three-key set, plus CA$3.00 for each additional set, up to five sets per online order. Keys ship by untracked Canada Post Lettermail. For more than five sets, contact info@jet-concepts.ca for a shipping quote before payment.

For orders containing both products, the shipping charges are added together. One PLANTMATE and one three-key set have a combined shipping charge of CA$43.98.

Custom 3D printing and design projects are quoted separately. Send your project details and postal code so we can confirm delivery arrangements before payment. International delivery is not currently offered through checkout.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown at checkout or in your quote before payment. Shipping is not free unless expressly included in your quote.

Production and dispatch
Preparation time depends on the product, quantity, material and current workload. For custom work, it also depends on the agreed design scope and approval of print-ready files. We confirm estimated production timing with your order or quote. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Tracking and delivery
PLANTMATE shipments include tracking; ordinary cart-key Lettermail does not. Carrier transit estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If your shipment is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us with your order reference. Keep the packaging and send photos where helpful for a damage claim.

Pickup
Contact us before arranging a pickup. We must confirm availability, the location and a time with you; please do not arrive without an arrangement.
